Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Steerix Ltd websites, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a draft placeholder prepared for Steerix product launch. It should be reviewed by counsel before production use.

The Services

Steerix provides tools for designing, validating, simulating, and deploying robotic intelligence and related physical-AI workflows, including hosted demos and customer workspaces.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials
• Organization admins are responsible for seats and permissions they grant

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Violate applicable export, safety, or privacy laws
• Upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to use
• Reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law

Customer content & IP

You retain ownership of content and configurations you submit. You grant Steerix a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Services. Steerix retains all rights in its software, models, branding, and documentation.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Steerix’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed fees paid to Steerix for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
